JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for formulation and definition of systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. With this role gathering requirements and writing user stories they will partner with development teams for new system or existing system enhancements.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Analyze business partners’ operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes, functions, and systems.
Assess available technologies to create development specifications.
Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
Consult with management and users to determine the needs of the system.
Design a system to meet the business goals.
Specify inputs and formatting outputs to meet users’ needs.
Oversee implementation, coordinating tests and observing initiation of the system to validate performance.
Look for opportunities to improve internal processes, and implement measures to control risks within the business applications framework.
Perform both programming and analysis tasks on business systems.
Negotiate agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between business unit(s) from initial requirements to final implementation.
Conduct feasibility studies to assess cost/benefit, efficiency and technical viability of solutions to business problems.
Perform other responsibilities as requested.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative and dynamic team environment
Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities
Ability to analyze and interpret data
Ability to quickly identify business problems/opportunities
Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner
Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel
Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
Knowledge of software applications such as Word, Excel, etc.
Experience with JIRA
Knowledge of applicable system/s
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
REQUIRED RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE AND NUMBER OF YEARS
Business Systems or IT related experience - 2+

The base pay for this position generally is between $68,300.00 and $109,100.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
