BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a WiFi Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategies to define, monitor and operationalize a successful WiFi product delivery (from ideation to successful product launch) to be used by all lines of business. This role will assume leadership in ad hoc cross-functional team building and input gathering and will be at the center of a fast paced, highly visible effort. The role will operate in a highly matrixed environment with numerous key stakeholders.

- Develop strategies to organize, lead and coach the team on interpreting the customer-impacting and operational-impacting workstreams to improve the performance of Advanced WiFi products in production
- Ability to define key performance indicators/metrics for an overall WiFi Experience Improvement for customers and operational stakeholders
- Collect feedback, share information, and champion operational concerns within WiFi Product to help in delivering quality at scale.
- Coordinate research into reports of quality problems or data anomalies to identify new production issues
- Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the team efforts
- Ability to document, prepare, and deliver data-driven presentations and show judgement and initiative to accomplish job duties
- Ability to make decisions while working under pressure and solve problems to drive consensus with internal and external key stakeholders
- Superb ability to oversee and manage large, complex, diverse and strategic projects that impact the organization as a whole
- Provide timely guidance to operational stakeholders around various questions related to the WiFi Products.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with peers and project members
- Excellent ability in implementing program and project plans and monitor progress, resource usage and quality
- Responsible for managing all aspects of the design, development and implementation of complex programs
- Advanced understanding in conducting risk assessments and developing plans for eliminating or mitigating the risks identified
- Advanced understanding of JIRA concepts and practices
- WiFi Domain expertise and understanding of WiFi router features and capabilities
- Experience in Telecommunications industry; experience managing programs within Charter a plus

- Experience:
- Product Development Process – 3+ years. Related industry experience (Cable, Telecommunications, Software/Online Services) - 3-5+ years
- Education:
- Undergraduate degree required

Preferred Qualifications
WiFi knowledge (technical standards, generations, features)
Experience in end customer and internal facing product management
Experience in Software (feature) Product Management
Experience in translating feedback into actionable features for customers (both external and internal)
Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint- Ability to produce Exec Level (Group Vice President and above) related collateral related to projects for the WiFi team
Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is strongly preferredProduct Management and/or Product Development Experience Required, preferably in Cable, Telecommunications, Software or Web Services
Knowledge and experience with Agile delivery frameworks is preferred: Agile, Scrum, Kanban and SAFe
Preferred Education
- MS technical degree related to the telecommunications field or
- MBA in Product Management

The base pay for this position generally is between $88,200.00 and $156,600.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
