The base pay for this position generally is between $67,100.00 and $107,300.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.

How do you turn business analysis into actionable solutions for new products? Spectrum is seeking a Product Analyst to evaluate new product requests, identify business challenges and deliver comprehensive solutions. You will bridge Product Management with technical and operational teams, ensuring efficient development and implementation while enhancing customer experience.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Actively support all efforts to simplify and enhance customer experience through analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and better customer experiences, including customer research and preparation of Product Briefs
- Gather, analyze, validate and document complex data, including technology research and competitive analysis, for Spectrum lines to support product and process decisions
- Create and maintain trending dashboards for use by working and executive teams, providing clarity on product performance
- Conduct data mining and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and better customer experiences
- Model and forecast business trends using historical data and anticipated product changes or launches
- Serve as the primary user and vendor liaison for third-party reporting systems, ensuring accurate data and effective reporting
- Support product and feature launches through data analysis, AI toolsets, and presentations that reflect customer experience and usage
- Identify data gaps, research solutions, recommend funding options and apply lessons learned for continuous operational improvement

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Math or related field or equivalent experience
Experience
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
Skills
- Read, write, speak and understand English
- Analyzing and interpreting data
- Define key performance indicators and metrics
- Proficiency in documenting, preparing and presenting data-driven presentations
- Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective prioritization and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, Visio, expertise in Excel and PowerPoint and other software applications
- Quickly become a subject matter expert on databases and reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
