JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of moderately complex initiatives. Tracks the software delivery lifecycle end to end from ideation through production launch and beyond. Monitors and drives delivery by implementing Agile project management best practices using project tracking tools and systems.

Responsible for ensuring delivery of approved initiatives on time and within budget while meeting or exceeding quality standards and customer expectations.
Responsible for capacity planning, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, conducting quality reviews; while managing functional, quality, and timeline issues appropriately.
Creates, maintains, and communicates planning documents leveraged for stakeholder and leadership visibility.
Proactively meets with the internal customers of an assigned initiative to provide status updates and reporting and to gather related feedback.
Partners with cross functional teams to optimize delivery timelines.
Analyzes options and recommendations to drive critical decisions.
Uses Agile delivery practices to maximize team output and team realization of committed outcomes, improvement of customer experience, and optimization of business value.
Understands metrics for team performance: development complete to prod cycle time, outcomes delivered vs. commitments and adjust team direction to optimize as needed.
Responsible for the facilitation of meetings including: Agile team ceremonies, status reporting, communication and elimination of blockers.
Coaches and grows the team in Agile delivery practices.
Responsible for release management and release communications.
Understands and applies the principles of risk management to accelerate delivery time.
Creates and owns increment and sprint plans and outputs applicable to their specific team.
Adheres to the Program and Portfolio standards

Required Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
Experience:
Delivery management experience: 3-5 years
Experience working in an Agile software development environment: 2-3 years
Experience with release management responsibilities
Skills/Abilities
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
Ability to define key performance indicators/metrics
Ability to show judgment and initiative to accomplish job duties
Ability to develop strong working relationships with peers and project members
Ability to implement project plans and monitor progress, resource usage and quality
Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools
Intermediate understanding of multiple delivery management disciplines
In-depth foundation in how to manage and balance various constraints to ensure successful delivery
Ability to drive communication, issue resolution, and integration planning with upstream/downstream systems and departmental units
Experienced in intra team collaboration and conflict resolution, communication across platforms and with stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Multi-disciplinary expertise as scrum master, Agile coach, product owner, project manager, release train engineer, business analyst while enabling flexibility of team structure and providing efficiencies that reduce overall team role count and expenditure.

The base pay for this position generally is between $75,200.00 and $120,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
