Are you ready to design innovative product and features that directly impact the consumer experience? The Product Designer - UI/UX at Spectrum, you will design innovated solutions by collaborating with all involved teams and supporting new and exisiting features across mulitple applications. You will have the opportunity to participate in mulitple programs and systems as project team member, serving as a subject matter expert.
WHAT OUR Product Designer - UI/UX ENJOY MOST
Design mockups to support product requirements.
Bring knowledge of user-centered design (UCD) process methods to digital applications from concept to launch.
Design information architecture and wireframes that both meet business goals and ensure a positive user experience.
Bring knowledge of new design techniques.
Work closely with the wider design team to drive cross-platform consistency.
Modify, enhance, and influence design specifications and assets suitable for implementation.
Organize files and follows all established design patterns when applicable.
Participate in design and wireframe reviews and brainstorming sessions to help solve problems.
Coordinate with the cross-functional team to understand expectations, priorities, and necessary deliverables.
Work closely with the greater design team to respond, clarify or define specific application look and feel.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience:
Digital design experience – 3+ years
Experience with basic prototyping and interface design tools (Figma, Adobe
Suite, Sketch, Invision, Zeplin, Axure, etc.) – 1+ years
Experience with project estimation
Experience with planning and facilitating user research and usability tests
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Design/Art/HCI/Media/Related Field, or equivalent real world experience
Technicalskills:
Intermediate understanding of platform specific nomenclature
Experience with creating highly-detailed annotated wireframes, user flows, and process flows within consumer applications
Intermediate understanding of UX best practices
Skills:
Demonstrates time management skills and the ability to be self-directed when needed
Demonstrates client (presentation) communication skills and the ability to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
Schedule:
Full time
This position is eligible to work in a hybrid work model (combination of in-office and remote days)

The base pay for this position generally is between $78,900.00 and $139,500.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
