Are you ready to lead and streamline lease administration within Spectrum's expansive real estate portfolio? As a Supervisor, Real Estate Records & Portfolio, you will manage specialists and oversee complex lease administration, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Your role will involve collaborating with Corporate Services and legal teams to support strategic real estate initiatives.
In this position, you will develop and maintain relationships with landlords, attorneys, and consultants, contributing to Spectrum's mission of operational excellence. By ensuring process consistency and supporting special projects, you'll play a vital role in advancing Spectrum's real estate goals and enhancing efficiency.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Provide comprehensive lease administration services, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Assist the Senior Manager, Property and Database Administration in designing and reviewing monthly and quarterly reports.
Train and oversee Real Estate Records & Portfolio Specialists, ensuring their work meets deadlines and quality standards.
Evaluate work performance, offering constructive feedback, coaching, and conducting performance reviews.
Abstract and interpret complex commercial lease documents and manage rent analysis and payment processing.
Manage vendor and landlord relationships, review and perform reconciliation statements and tax calculations for accuracy.
Draft landlord notices and coordinate legal reviews for transaction-related documents, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
What You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Have prior experience with using a lease administration database
Interpret complex commercial lease language
Demonstrate proven customer service skills to include handling escalated situations
Exhibit advanced and proven financial/analytical skills
Possess demonstrated oral and written communication skills
Be detail-oriented
Work independently and within a team environment
Build successful working relationships and positively influence business partners
Multi-task, work successfully under pressure, and effectively manage time and workload
Show advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) with the capability to master company-specific databases/programs
Apply basic math skills
Demonstrate experience in increasing levels of responsibilities
Read, write, speak, and understand English
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience
5+ years of Real Estate experience

The base pay for this position generally is between $67,100.00 and $107,300.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
