BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Senior Director, Digital Strategy & Ops on the Seamless Entertainment team you will be responsible for overseeing the Strategy & Operations team, ensuring the Digital Platforms organization’s commitment to the strategic vision. Develop and drive strategic organizational design. Provide strong management and leadership skills with a proactive, participative management style. Assist executive leadership in the effort to elevate and bring consistency to external plans and executive communications. Align and streamline administrative functions.

- Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
- Responsible for driving and delivering strategic initiatives from inception to fruition, guiding the process of strategic assessment and alignment, implementation, operationalization, and administration.
- Own the successful implementation of data-driven strategy recommendations and ensuring communication of results in a timely manner.
- Assist executive leadership in strategizing, challenging and defining Charter's approach to digital expansion and adoption.
- Improve executive communications and presentations, ensuring alignment across leaders and promoting consistency.
- Provide direction and leadership for operational activities and processes. Use expert operational knowledge to champion and drive improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.
- Function as the liaison and facilitate collaboration between executive stakeholders across departments.
- Champion best practices, staying current with new technologies and industry trends.
- Develop and drive a high-performing team by leading, developing, training and providing effective coaching to attract and foster talent.
- Foster an environment of data-driven iterative improvement. Ensure the team is evolving and iterating as a cohesive, inclusive unit.
- Manage associated budgets and processes within the Strategy & Operations organization.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
- Experience:
- 10+ years consulting and/or Business Analysis experience
- 8+ years experience in project planning and operational analysis
- 6+ years experience leading strategic engagements
- 5+ years prior leadership
- Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Technical Skills:
- Expert Excel data analysis skills
- Expert foundation in Agile development and best practices
- Expert foundation in reporting, data mining, and predictive modeling
- Expert understanding of telecommunications industry and the products and services offered
- Skills:
- Self-starter who is able to work independently
- Demonstrated consistent history of identifying and questioning assumptions and finding creative and effective solutions
- Effective flowcharting and process documentation skills
- Effective analytical and project management skills
- Strong business acumen and sense of urgency to achieve business results
- Advanced verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills and a proven ability to work well with people at all levels and across all functions of the organization to achieve success

The base pay for this position generally is between $155,600.00 and $275,800.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
