Be part of the connection:
You research and analyze data from multiple sources to develop a clear product vision and strategy, aligned with company goals and market trends. You serve as an SME and point of contact for product-related questions and documentation. You provide expert guidance and work cross-functionally with internal and external teams to resolve issues.
How you can make a difference:
Oversee the entire product development process, from ideation to launch.
Review product specifications and requirements to make informed recommendations on the nature and scope of product lines.
Appraise new product ideas and marketing programs to ensure successful product launches.
Evaluate and assess the market to create targeted marketing programs, develop promotions and recommend pricing.
Create and manage a product roadmap, outlining key features and timelines
Partner with internal stakeholders to develop unique strategies for product lines, enhance marketing efforts and provide guidance on future product enhancements.
What you bring to Spectrum Business
Required qualifications:
Experience:
5+ years of product development management and telecommunications experience.
5+ years of technical product management experience
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, process optimization or a related field.
Skills:
Expert in analyzing and interpreting data to synthesize recommendations; Planning, prioritization, organizational and English communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally while managing and fostering change and working under pressure; History of showing business acumen, sense of urgency, sound judgment and initiative to accomplish job duties.
Preferred qualifications:
7+ years of development or management in Cellular/Internet/Networking/LAN/WAN/Cloud services.
7+ years related Industry Experience (Cable, Telecommunications, Mobile Network Operator, Software/Online Services).
Master’s degree in a related field.

The base pay for this position generally is between $107,900.00 and $191,100.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
