Be part of the connection:
You will be a key contributor on a product team building managed service offerings solving critical client problems in the areas of SD-WAN, LAN, WiFi, SASE, Security, and Analytics. You will assist team in meeting portfolio P&L objectives. You serve as an SME and point of contact for product-related questions and documentation. You provide expert guidance and work cross-functionally with internal and external teams to resolve issues within an office environment
How you can make a difference:
Identify client needs through the research of market and competitor information.
Review product specifications and requirements to make informed recommendations on the nature and scope of product lines.
Appraise new product ideas and marketing programs to ensure successful product launches.
Evaluate and assess the market to create targeted marketing programs, develop promotions and recommend pricing.
Partner with internal stakeholders to develop unique strategies for product lines, enhance marketing efforts and provide guidance on future product enhancements.
Work with sales teams to client needs and provide expert assistance to help close needle-moving opportunities.
What you bring to Spectrum Business
Required qualifications:
Experience:
5+ years of product development or product management experience
5+ years of technical product management experience
Experience leading large, cross-functional teams.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Skills:
Expert in understanding complex, technical concepts and translating them into simplified product attributes; Planning, prioritization and organizational, project management and English communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Proven ability to analyze and interpret data to synthesize recommendations.
Preferred qualifications:
7+ years of development or management in a specific supported product line.
Master’s degree in a related field.

The base pay for this position generally is between $107,900.00 and $191,100.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
