As a Senior Manager, Data Analytics at Spectrum, you will lead a team dedicated to delivering impactful analytics, reports and forecasts that equip senior leaders to maximize resources and drive operational excellence. Your expertise will empower Spectrum’s management with data-driven clarity, directly shaping the company’s future success.


How You’ll Make an Impact   

  • Lead and develop a team delivering advanced data reporting and analytics to support key business decisions
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for operational improvement and product innovation by analyzing complex data trends
  • Oversee high-profile projects that address strategic priorities and collaborate regularly with senior management to share findings
  • Integrate data from diverse sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency of reports, dashboards and ad hoc requests
  • Define and document business rules, data definitions and quality requirements to ensure high data standards
  • Review and validate team outputs, mentoring analysts to produce actionable insights and maintain data integrity
  • Ensure compliance with reporting standards by performing quality audits and creating specifications based on business needs

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum   

Required Qualifications   

Education  

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

Experience   

  • 3+ years management experience
  • 7+ years data analysis and reporting or related experience

Skills 

  • Ability to prioritize, organize, manage multiple projects, show judgement and initiative to accomplish job duties, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong independent and team-based work capabilities to make decisions and solve problems under pressure
  • Advanced skills in analyzing and interpreting data, quickly identifying business opportunities and challenges
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to present to all levels of management
  • Proficiency in preparing and delivering data-driven presentations
  • Knowledge of software applications including Word and Excel
  • Ability to supervise and motivate a team to achieve high standards
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate trends and needs
  • Expert-level knowledge of SQL


Preferred Qualification

Skills

  • Strong expertise in Python, SQL, ESRI, Alteryx, Tableau, and/or other data ETL and visualization tools
  • Ability to rapidly learn new languages or techniques and
    Expert-level logical and analytic skills
  • Strong synthesis and presentation skills
  • Strong ability to generate recommendations and path forward based on data insights
  • Basic understanding of data architecture, data warehouse and data marts
  • Extensive experience with large data sets and the tools to obtain, transform, and store data on Big Data and streaming services

The base pay for this position generally is between $110,800.00 and $196,400.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
