Be part of the connection:
You will motivate and lead a small team tasked with growing Spectrum Business Managed Services. Your portfolio will include a subset of managed offerings solving critical client problems in the areas of SD-WAN, LAN, WiFi, SASE, Security, and Analytics. You will meet portfolio P&L objectives through traditional line management and product development activities. You will often see projects through from ideation to MVP launch and beyond. You will collaborate with engineering teams on technical product specifications, engage stakeholders and partner with process teams to optimize the client experience.
How you can make a difference:
Create a unique organization and market position through the application of industry best product development processes and translate them into steps for a product plan.
Translate process goals into specific sub-processes with the necessary documentation.
Develop product strategies depending on new services or features to drive financial results and work with teams and stakeholders to implement strategies.
Lead launches and enhancements to Managed Services products and services.
What you bring to Spectrum Business
Required qualifications:
Experience:
5+ years of product development management and telecommunications experience.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, process optimization or a related field.
Skills:
Expert in analyzing and interpreting data to synthesize recommendations; Planning, prioritization, organizational and English communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally while managing and fostering change and working under pressure; History of showing business acumen, sense of urgency, sound judgment and initiative to accomplish job duties.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree in business administration.
History of product success targeting Small to Medium Customers (5-500 employees)
Specific product experience in Hospitality, Education, and/or FedGov Verticals

The base pay for this position generally is between $110,800.00 and $196,400.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
