The base pay for this position generally is between $107,900.00 and $191,100.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.

Do you thrive on transforming complex website data into actionable insights that drive strategy and innovation? As a Senior Manager of Web Analytics and Reporting at Spectrum Business, you will shape the future of our customer-facing website through impactful analysis, collaboration and advisory leadership. Your expertise will empower decision-makers and optimize website performance for meaningful business outcomes.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Deliver comprehensive website performance reporting by compiling, analyzing and visualizing data for leadership teams
- Identify key indicators of website usage and engagement and lead efforts in data collection and analytics
- Design and implement automated dashboards and reporting solutions to enable real-time and periodic tracking of messaging, strategy and buyflow effectiveness
- Present findings to leadership and stakeholders, sharing key metrics and actionable insights to inform content and offer strategies
- Develop and execute A/B tests across multiple platforms to measure and optimize website and buyflow performance
- Collaborate closely with website development, marketing, sales and performance analytics teams to align data-driven recommendations with business objectives
- Perform additional duties as required to support continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
Experience
- 7+ years of website data collection and analytics for internal or external websites, media publisher or comparable digital platform
- 7+ years of experience with dashboards and reporting tools
Skills
- Extensive quantitative, analytical, problem-solving skills along with broad communications abilities, leveraging demonstrated success in providing insights and performing formal presentations to corporate leadership and other senior management
- Ability to prioritize, organize effectively and communicate clear objectives
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Report Builder and Google Analytics
- Extensive expertise in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience with Tableau or comparable visualization software
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal, WordPress, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
Education
- Master’s degree preferred
Experience
- Certification in Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
- Ability to use generative AI tools for data-driven decision-making and complex problem solving
