The base pay for this position generally is between $124,080.00 and $220,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.

Do you have what it takes to be a Senior Technical Program Manager at Spectrum? In this role, you will handle complex, enterprise-wide programs, integrate projects and adjust scope, timing, and budgets. Your expertise will guide network, server, and software implementations, positioning you as a key advisor within the organization.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop program strategy and high-level project plans using expertise in complex technical areas
- Ensure successful integration of multidisciplinary technical projects to support function strategy
- Lead teams and projects with broad visibility to achieve milestones and objectives
- Mentor project managers in implementing project management processes and improvements
- Recommend creative solutions and best practices to achieve project goals
- Improve technical processes by interpreting business issues to reduce inaccuracy and duplication
- Collaborate with leadership and teams on project strategy, direction, and changes
- Manage project management processes to deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience:
- 10+ years of Technical Project Management experience
- 10+ years of IT or Engineering work experience
- Skills:
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate with all levels of management and company personnel
- Expert level knowledge in full life-cycle product development (i.e. product engineering, deployment and integration) and conducting risk assessments and developing plans for eliminating or mitigating the risks identified
- Expert ability to oversee and manage large, complex, diverse and strategic multi discipline projects that impact the organization as a whole, implement technical program and project plans and monitor progress, resource usage and quality and manage complex technical program and project budgets
- Expert level knowledge in Aptitude and understanding of the technical aspects and capabilities of the organization
- Ability to work independently with no supervision and guidance, develop strong working relationships with peers and project members
- Ability to effectively analyze and interpret data, document, prepare, and deliver data-driven presentations, and influence internal and external key stakeholders and build consensus

- Experience:
- Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum
