Are you ready to lead the end-to-end product delivery and program management for Spectrum's Digital Marketplace and Seamless Entertainment? As the Senior Director, Seamless Entertainment Product Operations, you will oversee department portfolio management, budget tracking, and executive presentation coordination. You will collaborate cross-functionally to create detailed project plans, contribute to the digital marketplace launch, and guide seamless entertainment customer service partnerships. You will also ensure customer care excellence and direct multiple projects from design through implementation by interacting with internal groups and external vendors to allocate resources effectively.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Work closely with divisions and cross departments to identify areas for operational improvement and work in a consultative manner to drive improvement
  • Initiatives may include supporting new product launches, and driving overall operational improvement through field service and call center initiatives
  • Oversee and direct department, focusing on achieving standards for a which may include oversight of traffic and billing, technical, administrative staff, production, and local origination programming
  • Review and evaluate financial statements, projections, forecasts, and financial performance of offices for trends and budget variances. Control expenditures to achieve the stated long and short-term strategic objectives. Responsible for developing and providing required management reports
  • Coordinate and control the capital budget process including developing and enforcing management procedures, inventory control, and security to maximize the ROI
  • Oversee preparation of annual budgets for each system
  • Monitor project plans, manage project goals and activity; ensure weekly and monthly progress reports are provided to division leaders on status of each project
  • Complete revenue, cost and cost benefit analysis for new or proposed projects, as needed
  • Ensure that training resources and coaching opportunities are provided to maximize effectiveness of staff
  • Ensure that department(s) adhere to company procedures including but not limited to operations, human resources, safety, and cash management
  • Coordinate research and development to explore opportunities for developing additional revenue streams

Required Qualifications


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience

Experience

  • Operations Management experience


Skills

  • Collaborate with divisions and departments to identify and drive operational improvements

  • Oversee departmental functions, including traffic, billing, technical, and administrative staff
  • Evaluate financial performance, control expenditures, and develop management reports

The base pay for this position generally is between $138,800.00 and $246,400.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
