Job Summary

This senior executive will drive the advancement of multimodal agentic frameworks, ensuring customer needs are met with both precision and empathy. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop and implement advanced AI solutions that support a multimodal agentic framework
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs through AI
  • Drive innovation to enhance customer service experiences using agentic AI technologies
  • Ensure the AI solutions are scalable, efficient, and adaptable to various customer scenarios
  • Lead the transformation initiatives to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing systems
  • Create and successfully manage multi-million-dollar budgets and capital expenditures
  • Negotiate multi-million-dollar contracts with third-party vendors
  • Notify corporate leadership of regional activities and issues


What You’ll Bring to Spectrum

Required Qualifications

  • Education
    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience
    • 10 + years of IT work experience
    • 7+ years of leadership experience
    • 5+ years of enterprise software and AI transformation initiatives
  • Skills
    • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
    • Proven leadership experience in AI development and implementation
    • Strong understanding of multimodal AI technologies and frameworks
    • Excellent communication skills to articulate AI strategies to stakeholders
    • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders
    • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams
    • Advanced understanding of telecommunications industry, technology and trends
    • Goal oriented, with exemplary track record collaborating with a variety of stakeholders to drive results, especially via influence management
    • Ability to exercise, on a regular basis, independent judgment and discretion in performance of job duties
    • Ability to recruit, motivate, develop, and direct people as they work, identifying the top talent
    • Experience leading others and providing constructive feedback
    • Skillfully synthesizes large quantities of complex information under pressure
    • Distills it to the most critical issues and draws accurate conclusions, taking into account a high degree of uncertainty
    • Ability to forecast and manage organization, operational and project budgets
    • Demonstrated ability to meet rigorous deadlines while managing multiple projects concurrently
    • Outstanding work ethic; displays a high sense of urgency to resolve issues quickly and efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education
    • Master’s degree, or higher, in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or related field; and/or MBA
  • Skills
    • Familiarity with service-oriented architectures and AI-driven customer service solutions
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically

The base pay for this position generally is between $174,350.00 and $290,290.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
