How You'll Make an Impact
Customer-Centric Initiatives: Enhance the customer experience by embedding satisfaction in all sales strategies.
Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and manage sales strategies aligned with corporate goals to drive market growth.
Team Development: Motivate and coach Sales Managers to meet objectives using peer and mentor strategies.
Performance Metrics: Analyze sales metrics, forecast, and boost sales volume and revenue.
Process Efficiency: Oversee sales processes, manage funnels, and streamline operations for regional consistency.
Market Relationships: Maintain market knowledge, foster stakeholder relationships, and support third-party referrals.

Working Conditions
Normal office environment: This position, will be a combination of field time and office environment.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Experience
7+ years of sales management experience in high-transactional, fast-paced, quota-driven business-to-business environments, such as telecommunications, wireless, or cable industries.
Technical Skills
