As a Recruiter II at Spectrum, you will collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to build a high-performing workforce, using data-driven approaches and innovative recruitment solutions. Your efforts will streamline hiring processes and drive compliance, directly contributing to the success of our team.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Develop recruitment strategies in partnership with senior leaders and HR to address evolving hiring needs
Screen, interview and evaluate candidates for both experienced and campus roles, ensuring the right talent joins Spectrum
Identify and leverage alternative recruitment channels such as online platforms, professional organizations, technical programs and universities to source specialized candidates
Compose and publish engaging job advertisements and postings to attract top-tier applicants
Facilitate participation in job fairs and campus events, handling employment inquiries and agency interactions
Communicate and train hiring managers on applicant tracking systems and compliance requirements, monitoring internal adherence to federal and state hiring laws
Conduct interviews, tests and reference checks, coordinating schedules and feedback sessions with hiring managers
Stay current on recruitment technologies, offering guidance on sourcing initiatives and resources for client groups
Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle from selection to offer and onboarding

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications Education • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience • 5+ years recruiting or staffing experience
Skills • Proficiency in English for clear and professional communication with employees, customers and suppliers across various channels • Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities • Effective prioritization and organizational skills • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality • Demonstrated communication expertise • Data analysis skills to identify hiring trends • Knowledge of recruitment trends and technologies • Understanding of staffing and employment practices • Ability to work independently • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
