At Spectrum, you’ll lead the charge in converting regional strategy into organized, sustainable project plans, ensuring seamless execution and minimal operational disruption. Your leadership will directly influence the quality and effectiveness of our regional operations, making a lasting impact on our business outcomes.


How You’ll Make an Impact   

  • Lead and manage regional project managers, overseeing the delivery of programs and projects
  • Direct work efforts, review integrated project plans, escalate resource needs and drive issue resolution
  • Guide the integration of projects, adjusting scope, timing and budgets to align with business priorities
  • Support direct report project managers through performance reviews and continuous improvement monitoring
  • Act as the single point of contact for the Corporate SPMO team, assigning projects within your regional team
  • Maintain and prioritize the Regional Road Map, ensuring updates and evaluations are consistently performed
  • Create and track reports measuring project impacts and effectiveness using company-wide field operations metrics

Working Conditions   

  • Office environment with travel required, estimated at 25 percent within the regional footprint

Required Qualifications   

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering or a related area

Experience

  • 5+ years of project management experience

Skills

  • Ability to read, write and speak English clearly and professionally
  • Strong communication skills with employees, customers and suppliers in-person, by phone and in writing
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
  • Proficiency with personal computers and software applications
  • Effective prioritization and organizational skills
  • Analytical and data interpretation abilities
  • Sound judgment and initiative
  • Capability to prepare and deliver data-driven presentations
  • Skill in communicating with all levels of management and personnel
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus

  • Oversight of large, complex and strategic projects impacting the regional organization

Preferred Qualifications 

Experience

  • 5+ years working in an MSO
  • 3+ years operations experience

Skills

  • Complete knowledge of Spectrum products and services
  • Demonstrated management skills leading teams of individual program and project managers
  • Ability to build high-performance teams and to define key performance indicators and metrics
  • Supervisory and motivational skills
  • Strong relationship development with peers and project members

The base pay for this position generally is between $112,800.00 and $288,100.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
