How You’ll Make an Impact
Coordinate logistics for daily office activities and meetings, including supply orders, meeting space arrangements, document preparation, catering and onboarding new hires
Facilitate sales installations by supporting sales executives with order follow-up, issue identification and escalation, and collaborating across departments as needed
Obtain and distribute sales-related reports to support informed decision making
Manage projects related to construction, ECAF escalations, porting and other assignments to advance sales operations
Maintain and track invoices to budget while identifying and recommending cost efficiencies
Organize and oversee sales blitz activities, including updates, record maintenance and submission of results
Assist with same-day ticket submissions and data entry for field sales leads

Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience
3+ years of general office experience
Skills
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proven capability to prioritize and organize tasks to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently
Ability to work while seated for prolonged periods of time
Proficiency in using personal computers and software applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Understanding of business terminology
Demonstrated success in sales support, administration and operations
Knowledge of general office procedures
Ability to interpret policy, process documentation and procedures

The base pay for this position generally is between $20.00 and $30.10. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
