Do you excel at turning complex data into clear business strategies? Spectrum is looking for a Manager, Business Planning to lead a team in delivering integrated financial and operational analysis. You will oversee data-driven reporting, guide business planning efforts and drive the execution of key financial initiatives, ensuring your work shapes organizational success.
This position is in an office environment with a hybrid work schedule. Eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead, coach and support a team of Business Planning Analysts to foster professional growth and accountability
Oversee budget and forecast functions, develop financial models and deliver comprehensive reporting and analysis
Serve as a liaison to ensure effective monthly financial reporting and accurate forecasting for departmental budgets
Provide oversight of complex data management, presenting solutions and insights to department leadership
Direct analysis of costs and metrics to support informed decision-making
Assign projects, review team performance and manage continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure business rules and departmental processes are documented, implemented and executed as designed
What You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
Experience
5+ years of accounting, business planning or finance
Skills & Abilities
Demonstrated ownership, collaboration and execution excellence
Prioritize and organize effectively while handling multiple projects and competing priorities
Work independently and collaboratively within a team
Proficient in analyzing and interpreting data
Quickly identify business challenges and opportunities
Effective verbal and written communication skills with all levels of management
Presenting information to management
Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressure
Initiative and sound judgment in accomplishing responsibilities
Supervise, motivate and develop others
Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and related software applications

Experience
2+ years of management or leadership
Familiarity with telecommunications industry
