At Spectrum, you will lead OPEX strategy and multi-year planning, integrating market and operational signals to inform key decisions on resource allocation and portfolio management. How You’ll Make an Impact
Provide enterprise-wide leadership for OPEX strategy that aligns with corporate goals and guides multi-year planning and portfolio decisions
Govern executive-level forecasting and performance management by establishing standards, evaluating risk scenarios and leading decision forums
Integrate macro and market signals into strategic recommendations to influence capital allocation and policy changes
Institutionalize cost discipline and continuous improvement through enterprise controls, advanced tooling and operating mechanisms
Build organizational capability by developing talent, setting standards and fostering communities of practice to ensure sustained outcomes against strategic KPIs

Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience
10+ years of business planning or financial analysis
7+ years of experience leading teams
Skills
Demonstrate a high level of ownership, collaboration and drive for execution excellence
Prioritize and organize tasks efficiently while managing multiple projects and competing priorities
Operate independently and contribute meaningfully in a dynamic team environment
Analyze and interpret complex data to identify business problems and opportunities quickly
Communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing with management and company personnel at all levels
Present information and data-driven reports to executive audiences with clarity and confidence
Make thoughtful decisions and solve problems under pressure by showing strong judgment and initiative
Motivate, supervise and mentor others to achieve team goals

Apply robust business planning, forecasting, analytic and organizational skills
