Our Field Supervisors ensure that field technicians are trained and deliver essential and innovative technology that people use in everyday life, in a safe and professional manner. 


BE PART OF THE CONNECTION  

As a Field Service Supervisor, you will serve as front line leader and lead a team of 12-15 technicians. You will build both internal and external relationships with Field Technicians and Spectrum’s customers, and advocate for our elite products and services. Your daily activities will include supporting FTVI’s remotely and in person and working alongside a variety of departments and partners. You are responsible for managing all partner teams to further enhance our customer and employee experiences.

This role gives you the best of both worlds with both outside and inside work. You will have the ability to self-manage your time and balance between the two environments, spending 70% of your time in the field and 30% of your time working on administrative tasks. You will be required to work in different weather conditions. As a leader, you are expected to remain on-call for the needs of the business.


WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM 

Required Qualifications 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field  
  • Experience: Field technician experience (4+years), supervisory experience in a field service capacity, performance management experience 
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer/technology skills, MS Office 
  • Skills: Analytical, project management, time management, communication   

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience working with Enterprise services and the related technologies  
  • Industry related certifications (NCTI or SCTE)
