As a Customer Operations CSC Specialist III, your focuses are ensuring accurate data is in the CSC systems and contacting appropriate functional teams for updates on non-compliance to standardized policies/procedures. It’ll be a highly collaborative team environment, colleagues supporting customers as well as each other!

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience: Customer Service: 3 years, Billing Platform: 3 years, Telecommunication: 3 years
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Schedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Language: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Preferred Qualifications
Technical Skills: Ability to grasp new concepts, including engineering language and design configurations, and drive continuous operational improvements
Skills: Communication, collaboration, prioritization, organization, and multitasking
Knowledge of: General billing procedures, the CSG Billing system, applicable sales/CRM tools (Salesforce and Siebel), billing systems, and related software (Synchronoss, Neustar, GIS, Buyflow, etc.)
