As a Manager Data Analytics, you’ll manage a team that provides complex data and reporting to better assist management in maximizing resources better assist management in maximizing resources in various departments or lines of business.

WHAT OUR MANAGERS DATA ANALYTICS ENJOY MOST

  • Identifying areas of opportunity and/or improvement based on trends in the data, and use these insights to inform new products and/or operational improvements
  • Identifying opportunities to use data to develop new strategies and improve business performance
  • Managing high visibility projects to identify and resolve issues of strategic importance to the organization
  • Conducting complex data analysis in support of a variety of analytic solutions
  • Creating and maintaining report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources
  • Ensuring compliance and accuracy of all data, results, and conclusions of the team as well as identifying and defining data quality improvements


On a typical day you and your team will be responsible for creating and producing forecasts, reports, ad hoc requests, and dashboards to provide insights in determining operational impact, trends, and opportunities.


WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • Data analysis and reporting or related experience: 5 years or more
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Skills:
    • Expert level knowledge of SQL
    • Knowledge of Microsoft software applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Abilities:
    • Handle multiple projects and priorities
    • Prioritize and organize effectively
    • Make decisions and work collaboratively with others to solve problems
    • Manage and motivate others
    • Analyze and interpret data
    • Quickly identify business problems/opportunities
    • Communicate with all levels of management and company personnel
  • Hybrid Schedule: Four in-office days weekly

  • Experience:
    • Management or leadership
