Ready to elevate the experience for high-value commercial customers? As a Client Services Manager at Spectrum Business, you will manage interactions and escalations for VIP accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions. Your expertise will strengthen relationships and drive business growth, ensuring our clients’ needs are met with precision and care. Your impact will be felt across every touchpoint of the customer journey.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Collaborate with customer executives and technical contacts to align Spectrum Business best practices and product offerings with business strategy
- Support finance and technical personnel to ensure accurate billing for ordered and delivered services
- Advocate for VIP customers by guiding internal teams in account profile audits and issue resolution
- Address escalations by coordinating with internal functions, providing proactive monitoring and process improvement evaluations
- Drive add-on and renewal revenue by partnering with Sales and leveraging customer advocacy for broader account penetration
- Track and report customer account trends with regular summaries to both Spectrum Business leadership and clients
- Monitor and respond to technical support and billing issues, escalating complex matters and delivering post-mortem analysis as needed

- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record per company standards
What You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience
- 4+ years of business-to-business sales or client services management experience
- Telecom sales or client services experience
Skills
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Ability to build and manage a client services team for large business customers
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
- Ability to manage enterprise-level clients
- Ability to sell advanced business solutions to enterprise-level clients
- Knowledge of internet technologies, functionality and services
- Demonstrated knowledge of data networking technologies (LAN, MAN, WAN, VPN)
- CLEC, telecom and fiber/metro Ethernet sales experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience
- Prior experience in a retention or sales environment
- Prior experience in the telecommunications industry
