As a Sales Activation Supervisor (Residential), your focus is the coaching, development, and supervision of a team of Residential Sales Activation Specialists. It’ll be a highly collaborative team environment, colleagues supporting customers as well as each other!
WHAT OUR SALES ACTIVATION SUPERVISORS ENJOY MOST
Overseeing the daily complex operations of the Residential Sales Activation Team
Tracking the trending of business impacting events and solutions
Interfacing with other departments and a wide variety of staff
Hiring employees then aiding them throughout their Charter journey

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience: Customer service/Sales: 5 years, Voice, Video, and Internet: 4 years
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, related field, or equivalent experience
Schedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Language: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Preferred Qualifications
Technical Skills: Ability to effectively present data in a comprehensive manner
Skills: Communication, collaboration, prioritization, organization, supervision, and multitasking
Knowledge of: All four lines of business (Cable, internet, Voice, Mobile), service troubleshooting, office procedures, and company policies
