BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As Residential Telesales Supervisor, you serve as an influential leader who can effectively lead a team to regularly exceed sales quota objectives and deliver a strong customer experience. You will oversee an outbound sales team of telesales representatives dedicated to serving Charter’s existing Residential customers and new business acquisition prospects. In this role, you will also manage sales efforts, coach and develop Telesales Representatives, and maintain all aspects of the outbound telemarketing operating structure. The Residential Telesales supervisor drives performance and processes adherence among their team, while collaborating with other teams.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience: Sales and Customer Service experience in a MSO or Telecommunications Industry (2+ years), Management Experience (2+ years), Experience with customer interaction in a business-to-business environment, Experience with processes in a sales and customer service environment including call center, dispatch, field, and back office
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent experience
Technical Skills: MS Office Suite, ICOMS, Salesforce
Skills: Communication, collaboration, attention to detail, problem-solving, strategy, leadership
