BE PART OF THE CONNECTION  

As a Sr Director of Regional Plant Maintenance, you will be responsible for the design, construction, and maintenance of the plan across the region. You will oversee, evaluate, and implement Regional preventative maintenance programs consistent with the Charter preventive plant maintenance program. The Sr Director of Regional works collaboratively with Corporate and MA personnel in region to improve Node Health and to establish and follow the fiber restoration plan corporate guidance.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience  
  • Experience: Engineering or technical experience – 10, Plant/system maintenance experience – 10, Project management experience - 5 
  • Skills: Project management, time management, communication, leadership, problem-solving, collaboration

The base pay for this position generally is between $169,800.00 and $300,800.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
