The base pay for this position generally is between $45,800.00 and $73,200.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.

Drive efficient fleet operations by delivering analytical and reporting support for maintenance and fuel expense management, inventory tracking, title management, vehicle purchasing and vendor relationships. As a Fleet Specialist at Spectrum, you'll ensure accurate fleet records and provide the data and coordination needed to control costs and support operational decisions.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Coordinate maintenance of vehicle titles and title information in the fleet database
- Maintain overall vendor relationships
- Process vehicle transactions including ordering, delivery, vouchering, purchases, employee vehicle sales, disposals, and related check processing
- Serve as the corporate liaison with fleet maintenance and fuel management companies and manage vendor relationships including setup of ARI and the vendor vetting process
- Provide guidance and communicate policies and procedures to internal and external customers to ensure deadlines are met and capital is tracked
- Support system and division fleet personnel with vehicle information, vendor information, costing analysis for budgets, monthly reports on maintenance expenses, fuel expenses and inventory levels, and assist in invoice and budget tracking
- Negotiate pricing and terms for vehicles, safety equipment and tools with leasing and lending firms and vendors, monitor and resolve quality and on-time delivery issues, and perform troubleshooting for transactions
- Perform periodic vehicle inventory to maintain accuracy, update and maintain intranet information, track and report vehicle disposal proceeds, and process related financial transactions

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Associate's degree in business, related field or equivalent
Experience
- 4 + years of fleet administration work experience
- 1 + year of vehicle title processing experience
- 2 + years of buying experience
Skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Strong multitasking and organization skills
- Strong confidentiality, judgement and decision making skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
- Ability to use personal computer and software applications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Access and Excel
- Ability to use office equipment such as copier and fax
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to negotiate with vendors on price, delivery and quality
- Effective analytical skills
- Knowledge of cable television products and services
