Drive operational excellence as you oversee Spectrum’s field service operations, ensuring every installation, service and maintenance activity upholds our commitment to quality. Collaborate across departments to streamline processes, enhance customer satisfaction and lead a high-performing team. Your leadership will directly impact the reliability of our services and shape exceptional customer experiences.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead fulfillment operations from tap to home, ensuring seamless installations, service and maintenance across your assigned area
- Guide and support technical staff with new technologies, operational standards and ongoing development to uphold network integrity and service quality
- Monitor and optimize system material management, inventory control, safety programs and security, ensuring compliance with Spectrum policies and procedures
- Collaborate with construction, dispatch, warehouse, engineering and care teams to enhance procedures and drive operational improvements
- Oversee purchasing, budgeting and capital projects while preparing and maintaining capital and operating budgets
- Resolve escalated customer issues, provide quality assurance direction and recommend improvements within the drop network
- Train and develop staff, fostering effective frontline leadership to drive high performance
Working Conditions
- Majority of work performed in an office environment
- Occasional work indoors in confined or poorly ventilated areas such as attics during extreme heat
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions and at all times of day or night
- Exposure to dust, dirt, noise, insects, rodents, pets and cleaning solutions
- Work performed near power lines and electricity, at various heights above ground on telephone or power poles
What You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in electronics or related field or equivalent work experience
- Industry and vendor-specific certifications and training such as NCTI, SCTE, BCT/E
Experience
- 5+ years of technical supervisory experience or equivalent work experience
Skills
- Advanced understanding of TCP/IP stack, network designs, network architectures and topologies
- Ability to safely use weight-bearing equipment within maximum weight limitations
- Ability to measure distances, differentiate wire sizes and colors, operate a bucket truck and test equipment
- Ability to work with small components, splice coaxial cable and use handheld communication devices and applications
- Ability to handle multiple projects, maintain confidentiality, prioritize and organize effectively
- Ability to supervise and motivate others
- Advanced knowledge of Spectrum products and services, technical proofs of performance, construction practices and specifications, headend operations and standards, installation/service requirements, capital and operating budget process
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office

- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record
