This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.

At RapidScale, exceptional technology is powered by exceptional people. We deliver secure, reliable managed and advisory services across private, public, and hybrid clouds, helping organizations innovate, adapt, and grow. As an Elite Broadcom VMware VCSP Partner and top partner with AWS, Azure, and Google, our solutions focus on business outcomes, with embedded cyber resiliency and AI to protect today and enable tomorrow, all backed by the scale and strength of Spectrum.

RapidScale is seeking a highly organized, commercially astute, and execution-focused professional to serve as Program Manager, Office of the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), reporting directly to the CRO. This role requires a deep understanding of the end-to-end revenue lifecycle and the judgment, executive presence, and communication skills to act as a trusted extension of the CRO with internal leaders, customers, and strategic partners.

The Chief Revenue Officer leads RapidScale's go-to-market organization, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, as the company accelerates growth across its hybrid private cloud, public cloud, on-premises managed services, and AI-driven professional services portfolio.

This role will drive execution of the CRO’s strategic priorities across the go-to-market organization, connecting sales pipeline development, opportunity progression, contracting, delivery handoff, customer success, renewals, and account expansion. The Program Manager will improve operational discipline, cross-functional alignment, and accountability for revenue-related commitments.

The successful candidate will anticipate the CRO’s needs, translate revenue objectives into actionable plans, identify and escalate risks to customer relationships or commercial outcomes, and represent the CRO’s priorities and point of view in appropriately delegated customer, partner, and internal interactions. This is a high-trust role requiring discretion, sound commercial judgment, and clear boundaries on decision-making authority.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Program and Project Management

  • Strategic Revenue Program Leadership: Lead cross-functional initiatives tied to pipeline generation, deal progression, bookings, customer onboarding and handoffs, retention, renewals, and expansion. Define owners, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Revenue Rhythm of Business (RoB): Coordinate the CRO’s operating cadence, including pipeline and forecast reviews, sales leadership meetings, strategic account reviews, partner discussions, customer success reviews, and business performance reporting. Prepare decision-ready materials and track resulting actions.
  • Revenue Priority Management: Partner with the CRO and go-to-market leaders to prioritize initiatives according to revenue impact, customer commitments, strategic account importance, urgency, and available resources.
  • Cross-Functional Revenue Execution: Coordinate work across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Operations, and delivery teams to resolve blockers affecting customer commitments, opportunity progression, onboarding, renewals, or expansion.
  • Revenue Performance Visibility: Consolidate updates on pipeline health, forecast movement, key deal milestones, customer risks, renewals, and strategic initiatives; surface exceptions, decisions needed, and accountable owners to the CRO.
  • Customer and Partner Alignment: Coordinate strategic customer and partner engagements, prepare briefs and follow-ups, and ensure commitments made by the CRO or leadership team are documented, owned, and delivered.
  • Revenue Process Improvement: Identify friction in handoffs, approvals, escalation paths, reporting, and customer-facing coordination; recommend and implement practical improvements to the revenue lifecycle.

Executive Operational Support

  • Strategic Extension of the CRO: Serve as a trusted operational and communications partner who understands the CRO’s priorities, business context, and expectations. Represent the CRO’s perspective in delegated meetings and interactions, while escalating commitments, exceptions, and decisions that require CRO approval.
  • Executive and External Engagement Preparation: Prepare the CRO for leadership, customer, and partner meetings with concise briefs covering relationship history, revenue opportunities, risks, desired outcomes, and decisions required; coordinate agendas and follow-through.
  • Commitment and Decision Accountability: Capture decisions, action items, commercial commitments, owners, and deadlines; proactively follow up with stakeholders and elevate unresolved risks or missed commitments.
  • Executive Time and Priority Management: Manage complex scheduling, travel, and meeting priorities in a way that protects time for strategic customers, partners, critical revenue decisions, and leadership responsibilities.
  • Executive Voice and Communications: Draft correspondence, presentations, updates, and customer or partner follow-ups in a voice consistent with the CRO’s priorities and standards. Communicate on the CRO’s behalf when authorized, accurately conveying her position without making unauthorized commercial or contractual commitments.
  • Executive Stakeholder Representation: Build credibility with senior customer contacts, channel and technology partners, and internal leaders; handle sensitive interactions with professionalism, business fluency, and appropriate executive presence.
  • Confidential Information Management: Handle sensitive business, financial, strategic, and personnel information with the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years of experience in project management, program management, business operations, executive support, or a related field.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may also be considered, including a master's degree and up to 2 years of related experience, or 6 years of related experience.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Revenue Program Management: Demonstrated ability to execute cross-functional initiatives with defined milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and outcomes in a commercial or go-to-market environment.
  • Revenue Lifecycle and Analytical Acumen: Strong working knowledge of how opportunities move from demand generation and qualification through sales, contracting, implementation handoff, customer success, renewal, and expansion; ability to interpret performance information and identify risks.
  • Commercial and Business Acumen: Ability to understand revenue priorities, customer economics, pipeline and forecast concepts, strategic accounts, and the operational dependencies that affect customer experience and business results.
  • Executive Judgment and Prioritization: Ability to anticipate the CRO’s needs, triage competing requests, manage sensitive matters, and determine when to act independently versus escalate.
  • Executive Presence and Representation: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey the CRO’s perspective accurately, engage professionally with customers and partners, and translate complex issues into concise, decision-ready messages.
  • Ownership and Follow-Through: Demonstrated ability to drive commitments to completion across stakeholders without direct reporting authority, including identifying risks and securing timely resolution.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Sound judgment handling sensitive customer, commercial, financial, personnel, and executive information, including clear adherence to delegated authority.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience directly supporting a Chief Revenue Officer, senior sales executive, or other commercial leader in a complex, growth-oriented business, including trusted executive communications or stakeholder representation.
  • Experience in revenue operations, sales operations, customer success operations, strategic account management, or go-to-market program management with exposure to the full revenue lifecycle.
  • Experience coordinating Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and delivery stakeholders around pipeline, customer commitments, renewals, and growth initiatives.
  • Experience in technology, cloud, managed services, or professional services businesses with complex enterprise customer relationships and partner ecosystems.
  • Experience preparing executive briefs, customer and partner communications, revenue business reviews, dashboards, and leadership reporting.
  • Project management certification such as PMP, CAPM, Certified ScrumMaster, or equivalent experience.
