On the Spectrum’s Business Sales team, you will be in the consultative inbound sales position within our Spectrum Business organization. If you’re interested in an opportunity to continuously learn and build new connections, we want to hear from you.
WHAT OUR BUSINESS SALES REPS ENJOY MOST
Responding to inbound sales calls promptly and efficiently, to promote and communicate current marketing campaigns and promotions
Developing and delivering complex sales proposals to prospective customers, and maximizing additional revenue from existing customers, by selling additional products and services
Educating customers about service offerings, billing items, product features, and the use of installed products
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of technical information regarding Spectrum Business services and solutions, including telephony, data, wireless, and video services
Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals by utilizing a call-flow driven, consultative sales approach

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Technical skills:Demonstrated working knowledge of connectivity products and services, including internet, phone, tv and mobile
Skills: Adaptability, high impact communication, multi-tasking, reasoning, and tolerance for a structured work environment. High performing sales results, over an extended period
Abilities: Can communicate with customers and colleagues in a clear, straight forward, and professional manner. Can use computer workstation, appropriate software applications, and other role-related tools. Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
Experience: Professional work experience 1 year; Sales experience 1 year

Working conditions:Call Center environment
Schedule:Ability to work variable hours; may include nights, and holidays
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Sales experience; preferably selling Voice, Data, and Video and/or Mobile solutions in the small and mid-sized business market - 2+ years
Call Center sales experience; preferably in a business-to-business and/or telecommunications industry - 2+ years
College degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent experience
