How You’ll Make an Impact
Respond to inbound sales calls nationwide and meet key performance standards
Offer bundled internet, mobile, telephone, and video solutions while educating customers about Spectrum’s products and billing
Present tailored sales proposals and maximize opportunities to sell additional services
Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Work with support teams to complete sales and resolve customer inquiries
Evaluate client locations for service feasibility and coordinate construction estimates
Stay informed on competitors to effectively position Spectrum’s offerings

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
Sales experience in a professional, customer-facing or service environment or experience in sales, customer service, call center, retail, hospitality or other fast-paced settings
Or 2+ years of college education, associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand multiple languages (English and Spanish)
Strong communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport, identify needs and recommend solutions
Skilled at multitasking and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Sales aptitude or demonstrated ability to influence and upsell
Basic knowledge of communications, technology, video, data and voice products
Comfortable with computers and new systems
Preferred Qualifications
Education
Associates degree or higher in a related field of study (e.g., Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or related)
Experience
2+ years sales experience with Voice, Data and Video solutions for small or mid-sized businesses
2+ years of call center sales experience in business-to-business or telecommunication
Skills
Ability to discuss Spectrum’s products and competitors’ offerings in detail
