BE A PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Regional Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing construction efforts of in-house and contract labor for new construction, maintenance and rebuild projects for all Management Areas within the Region. You will also be responsible for the safety and quality of work performed in the Construction Department.

Your role be attaining the budgeted financial objectives for the Regional Construction Organization. Your leadership of your team and your own individual work will be assisting in the protection and growth of Charter’s expanding network.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience: Construction work experience of at least seven years, project management experience of at least four years, experience in finance and budgeting
Education: Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience, technical training in cable construction techniques and design, valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record within Company required standards
Technical Skills: Able to read general to complex system layouts from blueprints, Ability to manage emergencies and rapidly changing priorities and effectively direct the work activities of others under all work conditions, knowledge of basic mathematics and electronics, knowledge of National Electric Code and National Electrical Safety Code
Abilities: Ability to differentiate between different sizes and colors of wires, able to use handheld communication devices and applications, able to drive company vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, able to use personal computer and software applications
Skills: Able to prioritize and organize effectively, able to supervise and motivate others, able to work independently, able to maintain confidentiality, able to handle multiple projects and tasks
Preferred Qualifications
Industry and vendor specific certifications and training (NCTI, SCTE, BCT/E)
Management or leadership experience of at least two years #LI-ME1

The base pay for this position generally is between $98,780.00 and $175,340.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
