Drive operational and financial strategy by leading Spectrum’s Business Planning Analysis team. As a Director, Business Planning at Spectrum, you’ll oversee integrated analysis of financial and operational metrics while ensuring data-driven reporting and informed decision-making. Your expertise will shape key policies, empower your team and optimize business processes, directly influencing Spectrum’s growth and performance.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Guide your Business Planning Analysis team to deliver strategic operational and financial insights
Evaluate and recommend policy changes, updating and distributing departmental procedures as needed
Manage budgeting, forecasting, model development, and comprehensive financial reporting
Serve as a liaison between teams to support monthly reporting and forecast trends related to departmental budgets
Oversee complex data management, reviewing and analyzing information to provide actionable solutions for leadership
Lead a team responsible for gathering, refining and maintaining business requirements for opportunity to cash order flow across all business lines
Assign projects, support analysts, review performance and monitor continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure thorough analysis of interdependencies, risks and mitigation strategies impacting new products, services or processes
Direct cost and metric analysis to inform executive decisions

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent experience
Experience
8+ years of accounting, business planning and finance experience
5+ years of management experience

Proficient in data analysis and interpretation
Quick identification of business problems and opportunities
Clear verbal and written communication skills with all levels of management
