Do you thrive in environments where you can shape others’ success through engaging learning experiences? As a Contact Center Facilitator at Spectrum, you will guide participants in building essential skills using classroom, virtual and team-based training. Your efforts empower employees to confidently meet customer needs and elevate overall performance.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead participants through structured learning activities and facilitate group discussions using Spectrum’s facilitator guide
- Manage classroom dynamics by tracking attendance and addressing behavior while documenting strengths and development areas
- Execute all administrative tasks including class preparation, schedule management and maintaining participant records
- Deliver feedback and coaching to learners to foster skill development and encourage behavior change
- Monitor individual and group performance to ensure standards are met and troubleshoot technical issues during sessions
- Provide insights to site leadership and the Learning & Development team on learner progress and training effectiveness
- Participate in meetings, committees and task forces to support ongoing improvement of Spectrum’s training programs
What You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience
- 2+ years of training delivery experience in a formal or informal setting
- 2+ years of experience in the functional area or business unit
Skills
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Effective prioritization and organization
- Clear oral and written communication
- Ability to collaborate with all levels of management and company personnel
- Professional demeanor when interacting with the public
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Familiarity with various learning approaches
- Comfortable presenting and training groups in online and in-person settings
