What our Community Solutions Billing & Account Representative Enjoy Most About the Role

Required Qualifications
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
1+ years of sales experience, ideally with Voice, Data, and Video solutions.
1+ years in customer service, call center, and/or sales roles.
Technical Skills
Familiarity with billing systems (ICOMS/CSG).
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, understanding).
Skills & Abilities
Timely and professional response to customer inquiries.
Quick thinking, goal-oriented, ambitious, and self-confident.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Effective multitasking and task management.

The base pay for this position generally is between $20.00 and $28.80. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
