How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead the intake, review and refinement of commission system requirements from business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
Translate business needs into comprehensive functional and technical requirements, identifying gaps and supporting solution design and delivery
Oversee end-to-end delivery of requirements to development teams, proactively managing milestones, dependencies and risks
Develop and execute test strategies, coordinate validation processes and ensure solutions meet business specifications and quality standards
Evaluate system change requests, assess business and technical impacts and identify dependencies across applications and processes
Manage complex application requirements while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and user experiences
Compile, analyze and present complex data sets to inform strategic decisions and process improvements
Design and maintain scalable, reliable data pre-processing automation to support commission processing using AWS Redshift and similar technologies
Serve as a senior liaison among HR, IT, HRIS, Payroll and business stakeholders to maximize system capabilities and support evolving needs
Identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements, recommending improvements in operational efficiency, accuracy and scalability
Support broader business and technology initiatives by contributing subject matter expertise and mentoring team members

Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience
Experience
5+ years of business or systems analyst experience
Skills
Initiative and adaptability in a dynamic environment
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
Effective communication with technical and non-technical individuals
Capability to synthesize business issues into technical solutions and document system requirements
Strong business analysis and system/process design skills
Proven technical abilities in relational database or compensation system configurations
In-depth understanding of data movement, master systems and downstream systems
Preferred Qualifications
Skills
Experience with Callidus or comparable sales commission systems strongly preferred
Proficiency with database management tools such as AWS Redshift, Teradata, Snowflake
Working knowledge of sales commission plans and compensation processes
Exposure to major billing and CRM systems (Salesforce, CSG preferred)
Telecommunications/Cable industry experience preferred
Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies for business analysis, system optimization and process efficiency
