As a Senior Director, Process Architecture, you will identify and prioritize opportunities to improve end-to-end processes and measure the impact of change. You will advise executives, various departments, and lines of business. You are hands-on actively leading efforts to enhance the customer experience, drive automation, and remove friction from business processes. You are building continuous process improvement capabilities and using systems thinking to communicate broader impacts of change.


How you can make a difference:

  • Drive communication and gain commitment between business units and stakeholders to align end-to-end processes and solutions with business strategies.
  • Lead other teams and system owners to make recommendations and propose solutions that will improve end-to-end efficiencies and reduce costs.
  • Advise the business on broader end-to-end architectural implications of change.
  • Proactively evaluate business processes to identify opportunities to remove friction.
    Identify data pathways and create reporting to inform the business.
  • Build a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality. Lead by example and motivate employees of all levels.

WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS


Required qualifications:
Experience: Seven or more years of experience in management and process/data analysis
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Technical skills: Word, Excel etc.
Skills: Strategically able to document, prepare and present executive level presentations
Abilities: Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure


Preferred qualifications:

  • Spectrum Business experience, preferably within operational or front-line organizations.
  • Analytical and reporting expertise
  • Consulting experience, preferably within the Big-4.
  • A background in technology or technology adjacent roles.
