This role is responsible for supporting the Treasury Manager in daily cash management, payments, forecasting, and reporting.
• Planning and performing analyses of cash management activities of intermediate complexity, including monitoring the company's cash transactions, analyzing bank accounts and fees, and analyzing borrowing activity.
• Performing daily cash reconciliation, making recommendations for borrowings and repayments, and initiating electronic transfer of funds including ACH and wire requests into the Treasury Management System (TMS) for approval.
• Assist management team with weekly cash forecast by reviewing variances, coordinating with internal departments to analyze forecasted data, and analyzing historical activity to use in making recommendations for short term forecasting.
• Performing bank account maintenance including adding and deleting signers, or opening and closing accounts and administration of online banking systems.
• Managing the electronic deposit process to include scanning checks utilizing bank software and balancing journal entries for accounting.
• Responding to audit requests as needed.
• Overseeing daily accounting entries out of the treasury workstation, Kyriba, which includes creating mapping rules, generating exports, and monthly reporting.
• Analyzing and evaluating potential modifications and upgrades to Treasury software and processes.
• Providing scheduled and ad-hoc reporting to senior members of Treasury leadership staff.
• Performing other duties as requested.

Required Education • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
• Treasury operations and accounting work experience - 3-5 years
Preferred Skills/Abilities and Knowledge • Knowledge of cable television products and services
Preferred Related Work Experience
• Experience with a Treasury Management Workstation (TMS) preferably Kyriba
