BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
A Business Systems Analyst on the Fraud Protection Team, plays a critical role in analyzing, designing, and implementing systems to prevent, detect and manage fraud within the organization. Using your knowledge of business systems and industry requirements, you will design and develop new systems or new ways to use existing systems to accomplish business objectives.
Develop rules, alerts or models to detect high-risk login or authentication behavior
Analyze fraud trends across channels (web, mobile app, IVR, customer service, etc.) and recommend authentication enhancement to balance fraud prevention and user experience.
Partner with engineering, cyber, software development and product team to improve controls and user flows
Analyzing complex business partners’ operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes, functions, and systems
Providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements
Overseeing implementation, coordinating tests, and observing initiation of the system to validate performance
On a given day you’ll be conducting feasibility studies to assess cost/benefit, efficiency, and technical viability of solutions to business problems. If you’re an organized, creative problem-solver, this could be the role for you.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience: Business Systems or IT related experience: 2 years or more
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Abilities: Plan, prioritize, and organize effectively; quickly identify business problems and provide solutions; analyze and interpret data; communicate effectively orally and in writing.
Skills: Knowledge of applicable systems; Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products
Hybrid Schedule: Four in-office days weekly
