How You’ll Make an Impact
Conduct detailed data analysis to support a range of analytic solutions for Spectrum
Integrate information from multiple sources to generate required data elements and business reports
Develop and deliver forecasts, dashboards, ad hoc requests and management reports to provide operational insights
Capture, document and refine data definitions, business rules and data quality requirements
Interpret results to identify operational impacts, emerging trends and business opportunities
Identify areas for data quality improvement and ensure compliance with reporting standards through audits and analysis
Communicate findings and deliverables effectively to stakeholders at all levels

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
Experience
2+ years of data analysis and reporting or related experience
Skills
Ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
Ability to communicate clearly in writing and orally
Ability to present data-driven insights to management and stakeholders
Proficiency with Word, Excel and other software applications
Demonstrated knowledge of SQL
Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of Tableau: build clear dashboards and reports, use filters/sorts/groups, create basic calculated fields, connect to common data sources (Excel/CSV/SQL), and publish to Tableau Server/Cloud following basic visualization best practices
