BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Data Insights Analyst on the Credit Services team, you’ll leverage existing data sources and create new analysis methods. Your work will extract meaningful information from data and provide the business with actionable recommendations to drive outcomes.
WHAT OUR DATA INSIGHTS ANALYSTS ENJOY MOST
Providing metrics definition, data visualizations, and Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) requirements
Interpreting data, formulating hypotheses, and developing an analytical approach to meet business requirements
Using advanced visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, and Excel, to create reports for customers
Using data visualization and presentations to communicate results and make recommendations

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience: Relevant technical or business work experience: 3 years or more
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
Technical skills: Demonstrated proficiency of advanced analytics processes and reporting design principles; proficiency in SQL, Python, or R
Abilities: Make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure; demonstrated understanding of design and implementation practices within data visualization tools using Tableau; effective written and verbal communication skills
