How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead the development and execution of field operations initiatives using Lean Six
Sigma methodologies to enhance process efficiency
Manage and mentor a team of project managers, process engineers and business analysts to deliver high-quality service outcomes
Implement standardized project and process methodologies that mature organizational capabilities and drive consistent customer experiences
Apply Six Sigma frameworks to evaluate, improve and control operational procedures, ensuring excellence in service delivery
Champion knowledge management practices, providing staff with vital information as part of project deliverables
Collaborate with executive leadership across departments to identify and implement strategic initiatives that improve service experience
Oversee operational budgets, conduct return on investment analyses and report on variances to ensure effective resource management

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certificate
Experience
10+ years of business strategy development experience
10+ years of project/program management experience
7+ years of facilitation and leadership experience
Experience in either of the following:
7+ years in IT or business unit management
10+ years of large-scale process development and implementation
Experience managing projects in an Agile development organization
Skills
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Expert management skills to energize a multi-disciplined organization
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with peers, sponsors, staff, senior management, vendors and contractors
Capacity to present technical, functional and management information clearly and persuasively
Analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize based on workload and direction
Expertise in formal project management methodologies
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
Skill in resolving roadblocks in multi-organization teams without direct management responsibility
Preferred Qualifications
Education
Master’s of Business Administration degree
PMI-ACP certification
Experience
Proven experience interfacing with senior or executive leaders
In-depth experience introducing new technologies and standards
Experience managing projects under a quality control program
Experience planning and executing large-scale projects, including resource analysis
Full project life cycle experience with custom development and package-based deployments
Experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement involving broad-based information systems
Experience creating, justifying and managing large multi-million dollar operating budgets
Skills
Demonstrated organizational management in complex, fast-growing environments including personnel and budget management
Flexible, creative and inquisitive mindset
Understanding of business processes, challenges and opportunities
Ability to adapt rapidly changing technology to business needs
In-depth financial acumen
