BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
The Human Resources Generalist will report directly to the Manager, Human Resources and be responsible for providing tactical and administrative partnership on a wide range of initiatives to support our Customer Service organization.
WHAT OUR HR GENERALISTS ENJOY MOST
Supporting business leaders and employees, providing advice and recommendations.
Partnering with respective client groups to understand the business challenges and to ensure effective and timely HR support.
Performing employee relations functions; ensure Company policies are administered fairly and consistently. Additionally, monitor processes and ensure accurate maintenance of employee data and HRIS database.
Using knowledge of employee benefit programs to communicate and oversee annual enrollment.
Coordinate the administration of employee Leaves of Absence programs, workers compensation processes, etc.
This role is responsible for the day-to-day support of HR policies, employee relations and HR initiatives in support of the business and broader Human Resources team. Collaborating and communicating with team members and key stakeholders to understand their needs, provide status updates, propose solutions, and gain alignment.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of Human Resources generalist experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to translate ideas and thoughts in written presentations; Strong PC skills – expert in Excel & PowerPoint
Abilities: Ability to deal with issues and subject matter in ways that requires considerable sensitivity, discretion, and judgment.
Travel Ability: Limited travel
Hybrid Schedule: Four days in-office weekly
