Designing high-quality content that is tailored to the audience's needs.
Reviewing and updating training materials to meet goals and incorporate feedback.
Staying updated on industry tools and processes to deliver creative training solutions
Working Conditions:
The role is based in a regular office environment, and you can work from home one day a week according to our Hybrid Work Policy.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in education, Adult Learning or equivalent experience.
Experience
2+ years in instructional design and development to craft engaging content.
Skills & Abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Skilled in using digital learning tools for effective design and delivery.
Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
Effective organization and prioritization skills.
Clear communication across all levels of management.
Preferred Qualifications
Certificate in Instructional Design or Technology.
