This position is in an office environment with a hybrid work schedule. Eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead and develop a team of Business Planning Analysts by providing coaching, guidance and performance management
  • Oversee the creation, execution and continuous improvement of financial models, budgets and forecasts to drive organizational planning
  • Coordinate the analysis and reporting of complex financial and operational metrics, providing clear insights to department leadership
  • Act as a liaison to ensure timely and accurate monthly financial reporting and to track forecast trends supporting department budgets
  • Direct data management processes by reviewing, refining and maintaining business requirements
  • Assign and support projects for your team, ensuring accountability for departmental processes and methodologies
  • Ensure business rules and policies are documented and implemented as designed while managing risk analysis for new initiatives

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience

Experience

  • 5+ years of accounting, business planning or finance experience

Skills

  • Work and model a high sense of ownership, collaboration and execution excellence
  • Prioritize, organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
  • Quickly identify business challenges and opportunities
  • Effective communication with all levels of management and staff
  • Confident in making decisions and solving problems under pressure
  • Ability to supervise, motivate and support others
  • Proficiency in software applications including Word and Excel
  • Read, write, speak and understand English

Preferred Qualifications

Experience

  • 2+ years of management or leadership experience

Skills

  • Knowledge of the telecommunications industry
