Are you enthusiastic about shaping digital experiences that guide customers seamlessly from discovery to purchase? As a Manager, eCommerce Sales at Spectrum, you’ll lead the execution of marketing-driven projects on Spectrum.com, transforming insights into high-impact digital journeys that drive engagement and growth. Your work will be essential in delivering measurable improvements that support Spectrum’s commitment to outstanding customer experiences.


How You’ll Make an Impact   

  • Lead the execution and continuous enhancement of digital marketing and personalization initiatives on Spectrum.com
  • Translate brand, content and campaign priorities into actionable requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for digital projects
  • Drive localization and personalization strategies to increase customer relevance and encourage purchase funnel entry
  • Plan, execute and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments to prioritize and scale high-performing experiences
  • Partner with Analytics to define success metrics, monitor performance and communicate key insights to stakeholders
  • Operate within Agile frameworks, overseeing backlog management, sprint planning and iterative releases with cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with UX and Engineering to balance speed, quality, feasibility and customer experience standards while leveraging AI-enabled tools for improved decision making

  • Office environment (four days onsite/one day remote)

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum   

Required Qualifications   

Education   

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience   

  • 3+ years in digital marketing, product management, eCommerce, growth or related fields
  • 3+ years delivering customer-facing digital experiences in cross-functional environments

Skills   

  • Ability to translate marketing priorities into executable digital work
  • Experience delivering customer-facing digital experiences in marketing, eCommerce or growth environments
  • Familiarity with personalization concepts and applying customer context to increase relevance and engagement
  • Experience with experimentation, testing and optimization frameworks
  • Ability to operate in Agile delivery models including backlog ownership and sprint planning
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to prioritize and assess impact
  • Clear communication skills and ability to partner with multiple stakeholder groups

Preferred Qualifications

Education

  • Advanced degree in related field

Experience

  • Experience in telecom, media or subscription-based products
  • Experience supporting personalization or growth initiatives on scale

Skills

  • Experience working on high-traffic consumer websites or multi-step purchase funnels
  • Familiarity with CMS-driven experiences and content operations
  • Experience operating in matrixed organizations across Marketing, Sales, Product, UX, Analytics and Engineering
