Curious how you could shape Spectrum’s strategic initiatives and drive operational excellence within Marketing Customer Communications? As Manager, Marketing Communications, Strategic Initiatives, you’ll collaborate with leadership to automate processes, enhance compliance and lead key programs that improve our customer engagement. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of Spectrum’s critical marketing priorities.


How You’ll Make an Impact  

  • Lead development and ongoing optimization of key marketing initiatives, such as Spectrum’s referral program
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of regulatory information requests, guiding the creation and submission of marketing and customer communication materials
  • Automate review and publication of required notices; establish structured approval workflows
  • Manage and enhance the team’s shared site and workflow tools, strengthening information organization, project tracking efficiency, and visibility for leadership
  • Track automation and transformation imperatives; assist team to maintain forward progress
  • Own team meeting agendas and develop presentations to support leadership and team initiatives

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum  

Required Qualifications  

Education  

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience

Experience  

  • 5+ years of marketing and customer experience
  • 2+ years of experience with workflow tools and automation

Skills  

  • Project management skills
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and campaign execution
  • Ability to leverage technology for automation and process improvement
  • Expert-level PowerPoint presentation skills; ability to create compelling, executive-ready presentations
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications 

Education 

  • Master’s Degree

Experience

  • 2+ years of management or leadership experience
  • 2+ years of experience with automation/workflow tools

Skills

  • Experience in telecommunications, media, or subscription services
  • Familiarity with government-supported programs and compliance requirements
