Responsibilities:
Define and launch high-quality product development processes from ideation through final reporting
Operate in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders guiding several launches simultaneously
Use industry best practices for product development processes specific to telecommunications to translate the appropriate steps for a unique market position
Translate process goals into specific sub-processes with the necessary documentation
Develop a communication plan to inform stakeholders and process participants
Guide product strategies depending on new services or features to drive financial results and work with teams and stakeholders to implement strategies
Lead content and product launches and product enhancements.
WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS
Required qualifications:
Experience:
3+ years of product development management and process experience
3+ years of telecommunications experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, process optimization or a related field
Skills
Expert in analyzing and interpreting data to synthesize recommendations
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Analytical, cognitive, office management, prioritization, organizational and English communication skills
Proven ability to work cross-functionally while managing and fostering change.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience:
2+ years of management or leadership experience
Experience in product management or product development in the telecommunications industry
Education:
Master’s degree in business administration
